01. Project Info

Visit Coldwell Banker

PitchDeck worked with Coldwell Banker to help them craft their narrative for the Indian market, shifting away from being just another real estate firm towards explaining how they could add value to the house-hunting journey of the Indian millienial. Project challenges included:

Disconnected Assets

The team at Coldwell Banker India had an interesting story to tell but a lot of the content assets didn't have any connection to each other .

Strict Brand Guidelines

With a brand identity that had to extend across multiple geographies, there was limited opportunity to adapt the branding to local environments.

Tight Timelines

Since the Coldwell Banker India team was looking to go to market relatively quickly, there was a hard cap on the number of iterations of the deck.

02. The Story

The Coldwell Banker deck focused on talking viewers through the real estate market in India, the addressable potential market, the Coldwell Banker advantage and their growth metrics.

03. Our Process

For Coldwell Banker India's new corporate deck page, we played around with a long-form, verbose version but we decided on a nuanced yet minimal approach that got straight to the point.
01.

Idea Conceptualization

With Coldwell Banker, we wanted to extend the existing brand architecture and include new design elements that compacted the available information into visual components that supported informational density.

02.

Storytelling

The storytelling aspect of the project involved developing a cohesive narrative that would appeal to both segments of the target audience; millenial consumers looking to buy a house and potential franchise agents.

03.

Design Development

With well-established brand guidelines, the visual aspect of the project involved designing visual components that reminded the target audience that Coldwell Banker India was one of the bulwarks of the real estate industry.
