Visit Explara

Explara came to Pitch Deck with a need to build out a sales deck for South-East Asia, and trusted us with the design and the messaging for the deck, to bring an outsider’s perspective and to make sure the end product reflected the whole spectrum of event management offerings available at Explara.

Project challenges included:

Absence of core message

Despite being the market leader in event management, Explara didn't have a clear connect between their platform and organizer ROI.

Lack of clear USP

Explara had market leadership in the retail space for event management but didn't have a clear message for the affiliate partners.

Greenfield market

While Explara had several enterprise customers globally, the South-East Asian market was a new one for them with limited insight into what might resonate with audiences.

02. The Story

Explara was looking to expand business activities to new markets in Asia and, to that end, was looking to make a strong case for partnership with local companies.

03. Our Process

For the Explara sales deck, we worked closely with the executive management team who informed our approach with invaluable market nuance so that we executed on several iterations to make sure we really had something good.

Idea Conceptualization

With the sales deck, we stripped away everything that wasn't specific to furthering the partnership angle while doubling down on explaining why Explara was the logical choice for event management.

Storytelling

We took the well-established business use cases of Explara and focussed on the parts that highlighted the event ticketing, management and membership pain points that Explara was the best-in-class at solving.

Design Development

Explara had a recognizable visual identity that we wanted to extend on in a meaningful way that would function seamlessly as a support structure to the sales messaging we wanted to deliver.
